Dear Mrs. Fishman,
On Saturday, January 16, between 10:30–11:00 PM, I experienced a violation of my privacy while showering in the Women’s Only bathroom of an All–Female floor. I was rinsing my hair when I saw a shadow in the stall next to me. I assumed someone was about to shower. I continued rinsing my hair, when I noticed the slow movement of the shower curtain in the stall and a change of light. I pulled my head out from the running water, and that was when I saw a man crouched down looking at me from under the shower wall.
